Welcome to Map & Route Travels. These terms apply to all cab rentals, tours, and services booked via our website & WhatsApp.

Bookings & Payments

Bookings require 25% advance payment via UPI, card, or bank transfer (Tolls/parking & Permit charges extra). Balance due 7 days prior. Confirmations via email only.

Cancellations

• 45+ days: 10% cancellation fee

• 15-44 days: 25% cancellation fee

• 7-14 days: 50% cancellation fee

• Less than 7 days or no-show: 100% cancellation fee

• Refunds in INR within 45 days.

Liability

We ensure RTO-compliant vehicles and licensed drivers but disclaim responsibility for delays, accidents, or force majeure (weather, strikes). Follow local laws; seatbelts mandatory.

Use of this website constitutes acceptance of these terms. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Tamil Nadu. Terms and conditions may be updated periodically. Customers are advised to review them regularly.
